Our flexible LMR-240 cable assemblies are perfect for applications on the UHF, VHF, 868MHz and 915MHz bands where thin, flexible cables are necessary. The 0.240" diameter combined with a low loss of 0.248dB per metre @ 868MHz (~0.25dB total loss in this 1m assembly) makes a good choice for general-purpose flexible extension cables and leads up to 2GHz.
This cable is an upgrade in places where you would otherwise use RG-58 - it performs substantially better than RG-58 at the same diameter.
The tough PE jacket resists UV and provides excellent durability in harsh outdoor environments.
Installation note: It's critical that all outdoor connectors are taped with self-amalgamating tape (not electrical tape)! Water will seep through screw threads over time, and will permeate your cable and antenna via the exposed connectors, causing performance to mysteriously drop some days or weeks after installation.

- Please note that this cable has a solid centre conductor, and should not be bent repeatedly or installed in a location where it can move (eg, unsecured and in the wind) as it will be damaged.
- Do not bend tighter than the outside of a CD (60mm is the minimum bend radius for repeated bending), or kink
- Secure cable to a solid object every 500mm, and wrap all outdoor connections in self-amalgamating tape.
